Run laps in Unnamed City killing the packs of skeleton mobs that are everywhere. Using predatory blade on horseback you can aggro whole groups of them and chop them down easy. Rhino works well too. I can’t remember if I get a level 0 teimos to level 17 in one or two passes through shattered springs. Plus you get to stock up on brimstone at the same time. Also skeletons in the unnamed city give good exp as well as the 3 skull bosses. Obviously Teimos levels faster than the other best fighter thralls.
