Fus wabbajack
Fus wabbajack has the bare essentials in the base set already covered (called just fus). You can choose only the necessary mods and start modding yourself so it already has the option to start with slim essentials covered for new modders. Just check fus ro dah github page.
In the Open dialog, choose wabbajack-autodownload-.1.0\wabbajack_autodownload.pmc; Start downloading a mod list with Wabbajack until you get to a "Click the download button to continue screen" Important: Minimize all windows except for PMC and Wabbajack and make sure that Wabbajack is maximized
