Voidforge is a solid choice, but I would mix and match pieces from various sets if I were you so that all 5 pieces provide the same bonus (which ever your thrall needs most, damage or health). Best thrall gear is redeemed legion chest, godbreaker grips, champion legs, hyperborean slaver boots and either godbreaker helm for anti gas, or executioner's hood for high armor and strength. Best thrall weapons are sword of crom, mitra's justice, yog's touch, or ajas bane for fighters. Khari bow or reach of the red mother for archers.
